Get Ready for the 2020 Spring Season with Caln L.L. Winter Workouts!

Winter Workouts are a great opportunity to prepare for the upcoming Spring season through a series of skills and drills led by our passionate coach volunteers.  Each individual session will cost $10 at the door.  

NOTE: All winter work sessions are held at Balance Bat Academy located at 5003 W Lincoln Hwy, Parkesburg, PA 19365

See below for workout schedule and league/age time slots.  Players should wear comfortable shoes and athletic wear, along with their equipment. (i.e. hat, glove, helmet, bat, etc.)  

Workouts are Saturday, February 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th

Time League/Age Schedule
3:00 - 4:00p ~ Softball (ages 8-10) 
4:00 - 5:00p ~ Softball (ages 11-16) 
5:00 - 6:00p ~ Baseball (ages 8-10) 
6:00 - 7:00p ~ Baseball (ages 11-13)
