2026 - Caln AA - Winter Workout - Registration

Thank you for your interest in Caln Little League Winter Workouts. We are excited to be holding the Winter Workout sessions at MJB Sports Performance in Downingtown again this season. Winter Workouts start Saturday 1/31/26 and the last session will be on Saturday 2/21/26. Workouts are open to all Caln Little League Baseball and Softball players League Age 7yo and above and registered in the following divisions:

Baseball: Rookie, Minors, Majors, and Intermediate Divisions (7yo to 13yo)

Softball: Rookie, Minors, and Majors Divisions (7yo to 13yo)

Sessions will be broken down based on 2026 Spring League Age.

Clinics will be held in 4 - 1hr sessions from 3:00pm-6:00pm on the following dates:.

Saturday 1/31/2026

Saturday 2/7/2026

Saturday 2/14/2026

Saturday 2/21/2026

Scheduled Age Group times will be finalized and released AFTER Sunday 1/18/26.

Workouts will held at MJB Sports Performance - Downingtown (4531 Lincoln Hwy, Downingtown, PA 19355). Each 1 hour session will consist of fielding, throwing and hitting, and will be run by MJB Sports Performance Instructors and Caln Little League Coaches.

$100.00 total for all 4 sessions. Players will all receive a Caln Winter Workout T-Shirt. T-Shirts will be handed out on the first session date.

NO REGISTRATION AT THE DOOR! ALL REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE by Sunday 1/11/2026.

SPOTS WILL FILL UP FAST! Do not wait to register!

There will be no WAITLIST for these sessions. Each session is limited to the number of participants that can attend each session.

Standard baseball and softball equipment WILL NOT be provided. Players will need the following equipment:

sneakers - NO CLEATS
glove
bat
batting helmet
fielding mask (softball players)
